English Level B1

Congratulations on reaching the B1 Level of English and welcome to this new stage of your learning journey! This level represents a significant step towards greater independence and fluency in the language. If you have progressed from A2, you will recognize how far you’ve come. If you are joining now, get ready for a stimulating journey!

At the B1 Level, also known as the intermediate level, you will begin to understand the main points of clear, standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc. You will be able to deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken. You will be able to produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest. Furthermore, you will learn to describe experiences, events, dreams, hopes, and ambitions, and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans. We will focus on consolidating your grammar, significantly expanding your vocabulary, and improving your ability to participate in conversations more naturally.

By the end of this course, you will have the confidence to use English more autonomously and effectively in a wider variety of contexts. You will be well on your way to communicating independently and expressing your ideas with greater clarity and detail. This is the time to consolidate your skills and take your English to the next level!
